What is Consensus Decision Making - Seeds For Change

About

This video, the first in a set of three, is an introduction to consensus decision making. It explains that consensus decision making is a process where everybody who is affected by a decision gets to have their say and solutions are found that everyone can support. Other benefits are that people feel listened to, valued and empowered and the process results in creative solutions that all group members are committed too.
