About
What makes a smoker quit? The reasons are different for everyone. In this video from CDC's Tips From Former Smokers campaign, Rebecca reveals that the birth of her grandson motivated her to quit. She also sought care for her depression and quit smoking. Rebecca began taking her grandson for walks and eventually began running with him. As a result, she is healthier and happier.
