About
This video highlights initial research conducted by NIOSH on the stability of mast climbing work platforms, which are replacing traditional scaffolding in the construction industry. NIOSH studied the stability of mast climbers during a fall arrest condition through physical testing. More testing to investigate anchored mast climber conditions, worker posture, and material handling hazards is scheduled.
