Map projections and distortions

The video shows various map projections (Stereographic, Mercator, Robinson etc.) with tiss-indicatrix and a world map in the background. The viewer can study the distortions of the circles in a blink by changing the project projection. The video proves the properties of projections (e.g. equal-area) by calculating the circles' geometric properties (area, perimeter).
