EGFP+ LPS-matured dendritic cells, extracted from bone marrow, were observed intravasated (arrows) into Lyve1-stained lymphatic vessels (red) matured with LPS for 24 hours were overlaid for 30 minutes on the Lyve1-stained dermis. Secondary reagents used: Lyve1-Alexa 594 (red). Duration: 5.2 h.
