Hard Luck (1921) by Edward F. Cline and Buster Keaton, with English intertitles.

2015 restoration by Lobster Films, in collaboration with Film Preservation Associates. This restoration is based on a 35 mm safety dupe negative and a 24 mm ozaphane print, both preserved at Lobster Films. Missing segments are sourced from a nitrate print preserved at the Cineteca Italiana, a 35 mm safety fine-grain master preserved at the Cinémathèque française, and a 9.5 mm print. The ozaphane print was scanned at Eclair laboratories, and the other prints were scanned at Lobster Films laboratories. Intertitles are reconstructed based on typography of the time and a translation of the original French intertitles.
