World leaders are accusing Russia of war crimes as video out of the Kyiv suburb of Bucha shows people bound, shot, and left dead in the streets. Russia has accused Ukrainian forces of staging a false scenario to tarnish the Kremlin’s reputation. Africa 54 host Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to VOA’s Heather Murdock live from Kyiv.
