Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented. The French inventor Marc Grandjean demonstrates "typewriter" for stenography called "Stenotype". SHOTS: -man shows the camera a sort of small typewriter with 11 long keys and a small paper roll 12" -close up machine 5"; -speed contest between an "ordinairy" typist and someone operating the new machine 20"+22"; -medium shot hands operating the new machine 9".
