Em decisão unânime, durante julgamento por videoconferência realizado nesta quarta-feira (17), a Corte Especial do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) manteve as prisões preventivas de cinco investigados na Operação Faroeste, que apura esquema de venda de decisões judiciais para favorecer grilagem de terras no oeste da Bahia.
