2021年2月28日 朱鼎健委员：多方发力提升文化贸易的国际竞争力

2021年全国两会即将开幕，全国政协委员、观澜湖集团主席兼行政总裁朱鼎健关注中国文化如何走向世界。他建议，当下可以多方发力，提升中国文化贸易的国际竞争力；针对文化产品含金量不足，文化服务占比少等现状，政府可以加强政策引导和鼓励，打造具有鲜明的中国色彩，具有国际传播力的文化大IP。同时我国还可以创新机制，通过搭建版权输出公共服务平台，加强数字文化产业的发展等手段，助力中国文化走向世界。
