DESCRIPTION: Privatdetektiv Jähnicke und Dr. Chang wollen im Zwei-Sterne- Restaurant La Chevrette gerade ihr Essen bestellen, als ein Gast am Nebentisch zusammenbricht. Lag es am Dessert, das er eben noch gelöffelt hatte? Dr. Chang macht einen Luftröhrenschnitt, doch sie kann dem Mann nicht mehr helfen. Das Opfer ist Hartmut Engler, ein Restauranttester. Jähnicke entdeckt, dass das Schokoladenparfait an Melonenragout mit Essenzen von Mandel und Pistazie vom Kellner vertauscht worden ist. Mikey, Azubi in der Rechtsmedizin und Jähnickes Neffe, findet heraus, dass Engler mit Botulinumtoxin, kurz Botox vergiftet worden ist. Der Privatdetektiv ermittelt in der Restaurantküche, verfolgt eine heiße Spur, die zu Essen für alle, einer sozialen Einrichtung führt.
