My long and continued ill health, will com pel me to relinquish my present pursuits.—l therefore offer for sale, the Printing office and establishment of the PE TEI ISBUH G INTELLIGENCER. This establishment is one of the oldest; and (I have no hesitation in saying) one of the most valuable in the State of Virginia. The sub scription list to the paper is very respectable, and daily augmenting.—The advertising cus tom is extensive, and highly lucrative.—At the present time, there are perhaps few situations that afford more certain means of a steady and genteel support. The patronage awarded to the paper, is not fleeting and uncertain—for more than 27 years it has continued to lend its cheering influence, and to reward (amply re ward) the zeal and industry of the various pro prietors. At no time since the existence of the establishment, has this patronage flowed more warmly than at the present period. The Printing-Office is abundantly supplied with every requisite material—has always had and will no doubt retain (under proper manage meat) a full share of employment in the vari ous branches. The price of the Establishment and other particulars, may be known by writtenor perso nal applications to me. Letters (postage paid) will receive respectful attention. Persons who have subscribed, and paid in advance to a certain period, as well as those who may continue to do so, are assured, that, in case a sale is effected, an arrangement will be made to insure them their papers during full period for which they may have paid.
