Note: This is my edit of a Google Books scan. Several pages have slight "edge roll" at the inner margins. The scan is missing pages 8, 9, 10, and 11 (the fault of the Google Books scanner). Page 8 was the second page of the short story "The Gauze Fluffer"; page 9 was the article "Surely A Life Is Worth $50"; pages 10 and 11 were the first two pages of the short story "His Majesty The Cop". PS: The story "The Gauze Fluffer" was syndicated later in 1924 (with a new illustration by J. Norman Lynd) for publication in newspaper Sunday supplements. In the file tree to the right (under "PDF"), I've included a scan of the complete story as published in the Sunday Star (Washington, D.C.) on June 15, 1924.
