Statten, Vargo - 2,000 Years On (Scion, 1950)
Vargo Statten was a pseudonym of British author John Russell Fearn (1908-1960). The opening chapter of this book derives from Fearn's short story "Wanderer Of Time", which had been published in the Summer 1944 issue of the pulp magazine Startling Stories (as by Polton Cross).
