The murder of Kevin Jones would very likely be one of those unsolved cases, if not for two things. Five hours after Jones was murdered, a half-mile down the road, Keith Davis Jr. was shot in the face by Baltimore Police. And by then, Homicide Detective Mark Veney was on the case.
