真的超级爱走路，累的时候出去走走，就不累了。 有个原则，能走路绝不坐车，一小时内的步行肯定走路。同事也养成习惯，跟我公告必穿球鞋，因为大概率会有步行活动。 坐车从一个地方到另一个地方，是点到点的步骤，如果走过去，看到铺路用什么石材，街边种什么行道树，行人穿着打扮和精神状态，路边小店都卖什么，留在脑海里的，就是活生生的画面，不再是两个地址。 前几年在惠州拍戏，因为那座城太美，总是走路去开工，收工时坐车出片场，再下车一个人走回去。自己的每一天，都在更融入这个地方。 走路的时候，身上最好别背包，最好大脑放空，最好走走瞧瞧。两手插口袋也好，前后摆动也好，开心时甩起来也好，还可以倒着走，哈哈哈。…
