Episode Chargers Should TRADE Khalil Mack & Donte Jackson Before the Deadline
The Los Angeles Chargers face critical decisions before the NFL trade deadline, with Khalil Mack and Donte Jackson emerging as prime trade candidates. With the Bolts sitting at 0-6 and rumors swirling about a potential fire sale, contenders like the 49ers, Bears, and Ravens could target Mack, while Donte Jackson’s expiring contract puts him in the spotlight for teams seeking veteran secondary help. Can the Chargers secure valuable draft picks and spark a franchise reset?
As the Chargers prepare for eleven more games, their struggling offense—ranking 30th in points and last in EPA per play—raises questions about how many wins they can realistically achieve. With upcoming matchups against the Rams, Texans, Ravens, Jets, and a challenging stretch versus playoff-caliber teams like the 49ers and Chiefs, will quarterback Justin Herbert and players like Joe Alt shift the team’s fortunes, or is a multi-win rebound out of reach in 2026?
