Episode Lead Us Not Into Temptation: Sermon by Pastor Colin McCartney
What does it really mean to pray, “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one”?
Pastor Colin reaches the final line of The Lord’s Prayer with a simple warning: don’t be a hero. Through the Hawaiian shore break that broke his neck and three moments from the life of Peter, he shows how we overestimate our strength and underestimate our weakness—and why this prayer is a humble cry for God to watch over us and deliver us.
