Life's A Fight. Don’t Let It Break You: Dolph Lundgren On Trauma, Stardom & Cancer

14 Sep 2026 · 1 h 59 min

Dolph Lundgren is an actor, martial artist, and chemical engineer, best known as Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.

This conversation explores the distance between the man on the poster and the boy underneath: the violent childhood, the Fulbright he traded for Manhattan, the delirium of instant fame, the steroids and stunts that followed, a fatal prognosis reversed by a second opinion, and the mirror work that finally took.

He offers a quiet rebuke to everything young men are currently being sold about strength.

Dolph's still a warrior – but a peaceful warrior. Enjoy!
