Misty Copsey: The Missed Bus Pt. 1

28 Sep 2026 · 17 min · Episode 34

On September 17, 1992, 14-year-old Misty Copsey went to the Puyallup Fair in Washington with her best friend and never came home. The two girls missed the 8:40 PM bus back to Spanaway and split up to find their own way. The last anyone saw of Misty, she was standing alone near a bus stop after dark, told there were no more buses on her route that night. Then she walked off, and vanished. Leading to a decades long mystery.
