If Strictly weeks were crisp flavours, live show seven would be ready salted: a 'plain' week by many standards, but a stand-out week for quality and flavour.

Let's consider the key components: Blackpool is but a mere two dance-offs away, and the tension is mounting as we enter the second half of the competition. With a high level of professional dance backgrounds in the contestants this year, the leaderboard seems more and more congested as the couples vie for top place. George Craig seems to have more identical friends to introduce and why oh why won't Nikita stop thrusting?!

This week we welcomed our first guest on the show, with Tori talking us through Amber's origin story on Strictly Speaking. And finally, we round-up an incredible month of The Celebrity Traitors by reflecting on Ed Gamble's sinister good looks.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
