Episode YOU, ME & TUSCANY Review ft. Brooke Obie + FANTASY LIFE and YOU'RE DATING A NARCISSIST | SEATED Podcast | Ep. 29
Hosts Tre'vell Anderson and Ray Love Jr. are packing their bags and pouring the Aperol Spritz for a lush romantic getaway in YOU, ME & TUSCANY. And for the very first time, the hosts are bringing a plus-one to the function: esteemed film critic Brooke Obie of Black Girl Watching!
Starring the multi-talented Halle Bailey and the internet's favorite leading man, Regé-Jean Page, this Will Packer-produced rom-com serves up breathtaking Italian vistas, undeniable chemistry, and all the messy, swoon-worthy drama we love to see.
The trio get into the nitty-gritty of the film's romantic beats, unpacking whether this Euro-trip fantasy actually gives what it's supposed to give. Tune in for their hella honest verdict: is this sun-drenched romance a "Seated," "Stream It," or a "Skip It?"
Plus, Tre'vell and Brooke go head-to-head in a special Will Packer edition of the Black Cinema Games, highlighting the producing titan's iconic catalog of romantic hits. Finally, they close the show with Good Vibes Only, sharing what's bringing them joy this week.
