More about the show
Unlock the real power of artificial intelligence with A.I. for Beginners, the daily podcast that turns ChatGPT and other everyday AI tools into practical help for real life. Hosted by Robin, every short, no-fluff episode takes one common struggle and shows you exactly how to use artificial intelligence to work through it, with real prompts you can copy, paste and use the same day.
This isn’t a show about coding or the future of AI. It’s a beginner-friendly, jargon-free guide to using tools you probably already have, especially ChatGPT, to make everyday life a little easier. Each episode covers one topic in plain, spoken language: using AI for managing anxiety, easing overthinking and worry, coping with burnout, building confidence, and working through tougher moments like grief, guilt and shame, always with a reminder that AI supports real professional help, it never replaces it.
Beyond mental and emotional wellbeing, A.I. for Beginners covers the practical side of daily life too: building a realistic budget and finally getting out of debt, saving money fast, understanding investing basics like ETFs, changing careers or finding a new job, asking for a raise, networking without the awkwardness, beating procrastination, improving focus, building better habits and planning your week.
You’ll also hear episodes on health and body topics like starting to exercise, eating healthier and trying yoga for the first time, digital wellbeing topics like reducing screen time, beating phone addiction and taking a proper social media detox, and relationship episodes on building intimacy, rebuilding trust, making real friends and strengthening the connections that matter most.
Every episode follows the same simple structure: what the problem actually looks like day to day, why it’s genuinely hard to handle alone, two or three concrete AI techniques with real example prompts for ChatGPT and other named apps like Wysa, YNAB, Headspace, Sleep Cycle, Forest, LinkedIn and more, and one small, realistic step you can take today, no overwhelming to-do list required. Episodes run short, generally around ten minutes, so they fit naturally into a commute, a lunch break, a workout or a quiet moment before bed.
A.I. for Beginners is made for anyone who feels a little behind on artificial intelligence and wants a simple, trustworthy way to catch up, as well as anyone who already uses ChatGPT occasionally but wants to get properly useful at it. No technical background or prior AI…
