"Money doesn't have to be a point of anxiety for households," says financial expert Cian Carolan as he and host Katie Byrne run the rule over how to go about reducing stress and the steps that can take the fear out of managing a household budget.
"If they were to sit down and honestly drill into the granular details of where their money goes, it would surprise them – but it's all fixable."
