The defendant agreed to buy another car from the plaintiff, but it was seized before she paid it off, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists she was not at fault for the accident and when she loaned the second car to her friend, she had no idea he was going to use it to smuggle illegal immigrants into the country.
