Here’s How She Earns 6 Figures in 5 Years

13 Aug 2025 · 56 min

This interview reveals how someone went from a fresh graduate to a Big Four director earning 6-figures in just 5 years, then left to build her own successful firm. She shares the real salary progression at the Big Four - plus why she worked 40-hour shifts and cried at 3am but still stayed for over a decade. Despite the brutal hours and mental breakdowns, she explains why the Big Four experience creates skills worth more than any degree for building wealth. Discover what really happens behind the scenes at top accounting firms and why she ultimately chose entrepreneurship. Find out if this high-pressure path to 6-figures is worth it and how audit skills translate into business success.
