Amber digs deep into emotional eating, what it truly is and how to overcome it. She then discusses the dangers of highly restrictive eating and how that can lead to and/or exacerbate an eating disorder. Dylan and Amber both discuss their own personal struggles and the mental and physical damage that it has caused them both. Amber opens up about the difficulties of being honest with ones self that there is a problem and follows up with the steps to help overcome the issue.
