Episode Leo the Sleepy Cat: A Calm Bedtime Tale
Join Leo the orange cat as he spends a fun afternoon playing with his favorite little robot toy. When the little robot runs out of energy and powers down, Leo realizes it is time to rest too! Listen as we follow Leo's slow, heavy steps. He slowly stretches his heavy legs, rhythmically washes his soft face, and turns in slow circles to build the perfect, cozy bed on a soft cushion. By focusing on the transition from playtime to bedtime, heavy muscles, and rhythmic movements, this audio journey naturally calms your child’s nervous system. It is a wonderfully tender way to guide children into a deep, restorative sleep. 🐾🤖💤 ✨ Want to read this calming tale together? Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
