In this first episode of 2026, I share a few of my personal resolutions for the new year. Nothing big or perfect — just simple things I’d like to have more space for in my life, like baking sourdough bread, reading more books, and sewing more.
I also talk about how I see resolutions not as obligations, but as gentle directions. This is a calm and reflective episode to start the year slowly and intentionally.
