Episode Former Prisoner: From Drug Smuggler to Multi-Millionaire Community Hero | #97
No one’s had a life like Nick Capo.
From Merseyside council estate to global free-running star. From violent gangster to international drug trafficker. Nick Capo did six years in prison, walked out and built Body Tech Fitness into a multi-million pound empire. When lockdown hit, he refused to shut his gyms, sparked a national campaign and defeated the government, forcing a law change. But there was no ‘Happily Ever After’. What looked like the end of the story was only the beginning of another, even greater, battle…

ABOUT THE NEXT GENERATION:
In a world saturated by social media and marked by skyrocketing rates of anxiety, depression, and ADHD among Gen Z, young people are growing up in a landscape of chaos and contradiction. While protests swell in city streets and activists hurl soup at famous artworks to demand climate action, a quieter crisis unfolds within - the mental and emotional battles faced by a generation trying to make sense of it all.
The Next Generation is hosted by 20-year-old Elliot Bewick, offering a raw and honest look at the world through the eyes of those living in it. Bringing together insight from professionals and young people on the ground, this podcast isn’t here to complain or chase clout. It’s here to bend the arc of the modern world towards solutions, truth and a love for the beautiful adventure of life itself.
Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
