2001年 5 月 11 日，台湾桃园。
谢佩容像往常一样，清晨 6 点出门。她白天上班，晚上读夜校，生活忙碌但充实。
她每天都会搭乘同一班火车回家，但这一天，谢佩容的父母没有等到女儿回家的身影。
直到八个月后，警方才在一处偏僻的靶场后方发现了她的尸骨。
当真相逐渐浮出水面，才发现这场悲剧的源头是如此荒谬。
