Episode 147 - Salah OUT at Liverpool? + Messi's MLS Dominance

8 Dec 2025 · 49 min

Mo Salah’s explosive post-match interview has rocked Liverpool, and Hayden & Neel break down what he said, why it landed so hard, and how it affects Arne Slot, the dressing room, Salah’s future (Saudi?), and even the Xabi Alonso question lingering in the background.

We then zoom out to a chaotic Premier League race for Europe and focus on what teams can actually do to get there: consistency, tactical flexibility, smarter use of squads, and the coaching tweaks that can swing a season.

Finally, we head to MLS where Messi leads Inter Miami to the title after a dominant season. How did Inter Miami balance their squad to win despite the label of Messi and friends? Plus, what MLS’s calendar and spending changes mean ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
