2002年嘅12月，元朗區非常不平靜。短短兩星期入邊，有兩個10歲左右嘅女童喺元朗區失蹤，同時間，元朗白沙村入面再發生一單中年男用石油氣罐挾持自己三個年幼仔女嘅案件。幾單案嘅人物看似冇關係，邊個估到，背後原來係極為恐怖嘅「案中案」？
