Episode PM MARK CARNEY PREPARES CANADA FOR USA INVASION, FIGHTING AUTHORITARIAN FORD IN ONTARIO
Today's NYT revelation that Prime Minister Mark Carney is preparing for a potential military invasion of Canada has sent shockwaves across our nation. This alarming possibility highlights the vulnerabilities we face, especially with the critical Alberta referendum on the horizon. We cannot afford to ignore these threats to our sovereignty!
At the same time, Ontario Premier Doug Ford is waging an authoritarian assault on our democracy by appointing unelected Regional Chairs and harming our education system and our healthcare. His dismal management of the autism waitlist is particularly concerning, and we must stand up against these injustices. This weekend, massive protests against Ford — the Fight Ford movement — are gearing up for September 26. These grassroots efforts are vital in ensuring our voices are heard!
Join our host Laura Babcock as she speaks with St. Catharines mayoral candidate Ann-Marie Zammit (amz4stc@gmail.com) and activist Michau Van Speck (on X @MEEKSVS) for an enlightening discussion on the pressing issues affecting our democracy. Your engagement matters—comment, share, and subscribe to stay informed and empowered!
