Episode 02 Alan Jones | Defence questions suppressed while judge decides relevance

0:00 32:37

Alan Jones allegedly told Complainant J "there are no rules" before an alleged assault at his country property in Fitzroy Falls.

Defence barrister Gabrielle Bashir's cross examination has included a line of questioning the prosecution says should not be admissible.

Sydney reporter Isobel Roe and Stocky were both in court for Complainant J's cross examination — including the portions that have now been suppressed, while the judge decides their relevance.

If you have any questions you'd like Isobel and Stocky to answer in future episodes, please email thecaseof@abc.net.au.
