Since 2009, October has been designated as World Menopause Awareness Month, and SheMD is proud to be a part of the conversation to raise awareness about the experiences and challenges of menopause. This mini episode aims to educate our listeners on the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of this natural life stage, promoting understanding and empathy.
