來自霧峰阿罩霧的鐵人主廚郭丁元，最近馬拉松破三小時，超鐵10個小時30分。單純就是受邀觀賞鐵人比賽之後，整個鐵人靈魂就被喚起，開始在這條路上，跌跌撞撞地前進。 小時候在家裡廚房洗碗，一直洗到知名餐廳的廚房經理，最後回到回歸家鄉，接手家業。除了繁忙的營業時間，還要擠入訓練的課表，就是為了那一個短暫的衝線完賽感動。 鐵人除了要照顧三個兒子之外，又要時時關心老婆的心情變化，達到家庭和睦以及比賽訓練之間的平衡。 就憑著他的毅力以及態度，廚師的靈魂，有朝一日他一定能夠在大島上面，通過那個煙硝瀰，漫熱血沸騰Ironman Kona世界錦標賽的終點線。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
