Ada Sofie Austegard deler sin historie som mor til Stine Sofie Sørstrønen, som ble voldtatt og drept i Baneheia 19. mai 2000. Gjennom arbeidet i Stine Sofies Stiftelse har hun jobbet for å beskytte barn mot vold og overgrep, og for å hjelpe dem som blir utsatt. I denne episoden hjelper Ada Sofie og Solveig en lytter som har mistet et barn. Hvordan prater man med de andre barna om sorgen? Er det noe som er feil å si til en forelder som har mistet et barn?
