What To Do If I Feel Addicted To Something | Live Free With Josh Howerton

5 May 2025 · 1 h 21 min · S2 E16

What if the thing that keeps you stuck… is the very thing Jesus wants to set you free from?

Addiction. Habits. Patterns we don’t know how to break. This conversation dives into the life-changing story from John 4 and the woman at the well—where Jesus confronts not just her behavior, but her deep thirst for something more.

Pastor Josh Howerton, Carlos Erazo, Marc McCartney, and Leslie Gregory unpack what it really means to walk in freedom—whether from porn, toxic shame, gender confusion, or the secret struggles no one sees. They explore why confession is powerful, how shame loses its grip when you bring your habits into the light. Whether it’s a past you regret or a struggle you can’t shake, this one is packed with hope, healing, and a whole lot of honesty.
