La nuova legge sugli espatri
Dal 15 settembre una nuova legge: se un cittadino cinese viola le normative sul controllo delle esportazioni, sulla gestione dell'importazione e dell'esportazione di tecnologie o altre normative che potrebbero mettere a repentaglio la sicurezza industriale o tecnologica nazionale, i dipartimenti competenti del Consiglio di Stato, come il Ministero del Commercio, possono decidere di proibirgli di lasciare il Paese.
