Im zweiten Teil der Sommerreise besucht Siham im Schuster-Viertel der Altstadt von Fés eine Schusterei und bekommt dort eigene, von Hand gefertigte, typisch marokkanische Leder-Pantoffeln. Und dazu braucht es nicht viel: Mithilfe von Schnittmuster, Holz, Schere, Nadel, Faden und etwas Filz wird aus dem Leder im Nu ein Schuh – den Siham bei ihrem Spaziergang durch die Altstadt gleich anziehen kann.
