Vince and Carmela met at 19, built their dream home, and spent the next thirty years refinancing it, so many times Vince has lost count. Credit cards were the safety net. One Christmas Eve they bought the kids $1.99 toys off a 7-Eleven rack.
Seven years on a fixed 1.99% rate took their loan from $216,000 to $210,000. Six months after joining Infinity Group it's at $173,000, and Vince has done the maths on what that's taken off the life of the loan.
