0:00 43:46

First, the plaintiff claims his ex-fiancée, the defendant, kicked him out of the house for no good reason. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for the cost of the engagement ring he gave her. The defendant insists the ring the plaintiff gave her was not an engagement ring, and she is not going to return it.

Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to paint his truck. However, the paint job was terrible, so the plaintiff is suing for the cost to redo the job. The defendant argues he painted the vehicle three times, and the plaintiff was still not happy.

Plus, the plaintiff purchased a furniture set from the defendant, but it was a lemon. The plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims the plaintiff complained about a broken leg, so he replaced it. The defendant says the plaintiff called six months later about damage, but it was clear someone had jumped on it. The defendant believes the plaintiff caused the damage.
