Episode 'Being a Real Ghoul' & 'Having No Sole'
First, the plaintiffs rented a house from the defendant. They claim the house was haunted, so they moved out. They’re suing for real estate agent fees and a security deposit. The defendant argues the plaintiffs complained about a loose light and blowing curtains, but he never had a chance to fix it. Now, his reputation is ruined. He’s countersuing for lost rent and damaged blinds.
Then, the plaintiff brings her aunt to court. She claims the defendant lost her expensive designer Christian Louboutin shoes, so she’s suing for the cost of the shoes. The defendant argues she never took the pumps.
