By the time the Harry Potter story takes place, there’s already a lot of magic floating around the wizarding world. And in many instances, because this magic already exists when we’re introduced to it… It doesn’t really stand out.
But the truth is that much of this magic only exists because of Voldemort.
And if we consider that he died at just 71 years old, that means some of the most inventive magic in history was actually created pretty recently.
Which is why today we’re going to be taking a look at all of the magic - good and evil- produced by Voldemort in his lifetime. I’ll start with the CONFIRMED spells, and then get into a few theories.
