The wind in the story is much like a petulant little boy. He always thinks others have better things, and he can't get them for himself. He often grumbles and likes to cause trouble for others. It's important to let him know that what others have, he also possesses, and love and beauty are right beside him. He can also become a kind and happy child, just like the wind.
