社交是大家都需要的一种生活方式。回想起来可能年轻时候有那么一段时期特别渴望社交，甚至可以说多多益善、来者不拒。但近几年我们俩都有一种新的感悟：越来越追求高质而非多量的社交了。我们会主动婉拒掉一些社交局，同时如果有一些社交关系淡了、断了也不会觉得特别遗憾了，似乎在进行一种“社交断舍离”。
