I’ve worked really hard on my self confidence and self assurance over the last few years, and honestly, it’s been way harder than I expected. Even now, there are days where if someone questioned me enough, I’d genuinely start doubting things I know are true. And that’s not because I’m incapable, it’s because I’ve learnt that self belief does not come naturally to most of us, and is something you have to actively build.
So today, I want to talk about what a real glow up actually looks like, not just externally, but internally too. This isn’t about being nice to yourself all the time and saying it’s self care, it’s about discipline, boundaries, structure, and self worth, and how those things actually work together in reality.
I’m chatting to Dr Ewoma to break this down properly, from building self assurance without losing self awareness, to tightening up your routines, elevating your everyday habits, and yes of course, getting your skincare right without overcomplicating it.
