More about the show

The recitation of the Arabic text is performed by Abdul Basit Abdus Samad, who was a highly renowned and iconic Quran reciter from Egypt, celebrated for his melodious voice and profound emotional delivery.

Accompanying his Arabic recitation is an English translation of the Holy Quran. This translation is based on the work of Mohammed Marmaduke Pickthall, a British Islamic scholar who provided one of the earliest and most respected English translations of the Quran, published in 1930.

The narration of this English translation is provided by Naeem Sultan. Naeem Sultan is known for his clear and articulate voice, which aids in the understanding of Pickthall’s translated meanings for English-speaking listeners.

Therefore, this resource offers a complete experience, allowing listeners to hear the revered Arabic recitation of Abdul Basit Abdus Samad alongside a well-established English translation narrated by Naeem Sultan.
