השבוע תיפתח שנת הלימודים על רקע מחסור חמור במורים. בניסיון להילחם בנשירה, משרד החינוך עשה במהלך הקיץ שינויים בתנאי ההעסקה. אבל בתגובה דווקא כ-2000 מנהלי בתי ספר הודיעו כי יפסיקו לשתף פעולה עם משרד החינוך במחאה על "החלטות שיוצרות מציאות בלתי אפשרית" . הפעם, נדבר עם אורית סומר, מנהלת בית ספר וחברה בארגון "מנהיגים" ונשאל: איך המשבר בחינוך משפיע על מי שמנהל אותו?
